My Thoughts Led Me Astray

Why have my thoughts led me astray?
Why have all my ambition and will to live faded away?
Why must it be so hard for me to maintain
Is my short coming due to the fact that I’m ashamed
Is my life such a bore that I can’t see the good
Am I forever destined to wonder and question,
I would, I should, I could?
Is there really such a word as failure
Or is it by not doing, that you feel safer
Can u really say that you love if u doubt yourself
Will you ever find happiness in fame and wealth
Of the things my heart desires
The understanding of my Lord and Savior, is what I aspire.
