When it hurts so bad that u want to cry
When u feel so empty and alone
You don’t even ask why
When everything seems not to go your way
As you mature and realize
It’s another one of God’s wonderful day’s
When the night seems so long and
The light of day is so bright
Understand the simple little things
Make the big things right in life
As u continue to humble yourself and
Grow closer to God
Praising her name and singing her songs
Giving thanks and forgiveness
To one day sit on the right side of her throne
